Protect your wood projects from rot. Revolutionary low cost materials and hassle free installation make Joist Jackets® ideal for do-it-yourselfers and professionals who want to control rot damage on decking, stairs, and other outdoor wood-supported structures.
Joist Jackets® uses revolutionary self-sealing technology. The PVC seals tight around the surface of any nail or screw inserted into the wood through Joist Jackets®. If you remove a nail or screw, the hole left behind will self-seal so that no water can penetrate the wood.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Joist Jackets® & Ledger Jackets™, when used in conjunction and when installed according to manufacturer's specifications, will prevent the decay of the protected members of the deck structure indefinitely and are warranted for as long as they are owned by the person(s) for whom they were installed. Should any protected members fail due to moisture intrusion, upon proof of purchase, JJ Partners Inc. will repair and/or replace any decayed areas for as long as the person(s) for whom they were installed retains ownership of the property. The homeowner agrees to allow a representative of JJ Partners Inc. to inspect the problem area, determine the cause, establish a course of action and employ a qualified contractor to make necessary repairs and/or replacements. This warranty does not include the removal or replacement of the deck surface material, only the framing members covered by our product. This warranty is not transferable and belongs only to the original deeded homeowner for whom these products were installed.
Effective on all purchases made after January 1, 2008.
